FULL MOON EVENTS

I am delighted to be returning to Honeybourne and the beautiful village hall for Soothing Sundays! This is where I held my very first sound bath experience, so it holds a special place in my heart.

Soothing Sundays will run during the afternoon, just like before, 3.00pm to 4.30pm. 

We will come together for a seated short traditional Hatha Yoga practice (suitable for all), guided Yoga Nidra meditation and a sound bath ceremony.

The sound journeys I offer have evolved over the last few years and my collection of instruments is constantly growing!  You will experience sound therapy from crystal singing bowls, metal & zen singing bowls, elemental chimes, Chau & Wind gongs, quartz crystal harp and a large solfeggio tuned chime set.  I am really enjoying experimenting with the melodies that can be created with such a variety of pieces. Each time I play, I am creating a story, a vibrational and melodic journey that aims to relax you deeply and sooth you on an emotional, physical, mental and cellular level.

For these sessions, I am offering a sliding payment scale, or suggested donation to attend.  I am acutely aware of the rising costs of living and hope that this will make these experiences more accessible.  The calendar below lists the Full Moon events available to book.
