Watersedge is a family run venue located in the heart of the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. It is the most peaceful location where you can practice various outdoor pursuits such as paddle boarding, open water swimming, Yoga, SUP Yoga, breathwork, pilates, fitness, cold water immersion, sound baths and more!
I teach sunset Yoga sessions here through the summer and sound bath ceremonies in the new Suzy Howard studio that looks over the lake.
