AUTUMN EQUINOX CELEBRATION

 We’d love for you to join us, Sophie Rosalyn & Rachel Rose (Ros&Rose Retreats), as we move toward the Autumn Equinox and celebrate this meaningful, sacred season.  We are so excited to return to the beautiful yurt at Wootton Park Wellness, surrounded by nature within their 360 acre estate. If the weather is fine, will we endeavour to lead some of the practices outside to take in the stunning views of the grounds and Warwickshire countryside.

The Autumn Equinox is a powerful time of year when day and night are perfectly balanced - light and dark in harmony. As the Earth begins to slow down and the days grow shorter, we’re also naturally invited to turn inward, take a pause and reflect.

It’s a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, with nature and with the deeper flow of life.

Food and drinks are provided throughout the day with a wide selection of nourishing herbal tea and cakes in the yurt and a healthy and nutritious vegetarian Buddha Bowl lunch will be served in the farmhouse set within the grounds, a short stroll from the yurt.

10.00-10.15                Welcome & Introductions
A warm welcome and gentle start to the day. Meet your facilitators, Sophie and Rachel and your fellow participants. Settle into the space.

10.15-11.45                  Hatha Yoga  & Yoga Nidra with Sophie

 'Movement to Stillness' Our Yoga practice will be offered with the theme of balance & grounding, to equalise the masculine & feminine energies of the Autumn Equinox, and to bring stability to our root (Muladhara) chakra. We will practice Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to bring balance to the right and left hemispheres of the brain, soothe the nervous system and prepare us for deep restoration during Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). 

11.45-12.15                  Snack & Tea Break
A short pause to refresh. Step outside for fresh air, take a walk around the beautiful grounds, hydrate, and gently stretch your legs before the next session.

12.15-13.15                  Group Hypnotherapy (‘Balanced-Self’) with Rachel
In this guided group hypnotherapy session, you’ll be invited into a deeply relaxed state of consciousness where subconscious healing can occur. The "Balanced Self" journey helps release inner conflicts and invites harmony between mind, body and spirit. Rachel will hold a safe, nurturing space as you realign with your authentic self.

13.15-14.15                  LUNCH
A gentle stroll to the inviting, rustic farmhouse where a nourishing and colourful Buddha Bowl vegetarian lunch awaits - wholesome, hearty and made with love.

14.15-15.05                  Akashic Record Clearing guided by Rachel (with Lepidolite crystal placed on your Third Eye Chakra)
A powerful, meditative process to energetically clear limiting beliefs and karmic imprints held in your Akashic Records (the energetic library of your soul’s journey). You’ll lie comfortably while Rachel guides the clearing, using intention and the high-vibrational Lepidolite crystal placed on your Third Eye chakra to aid inner wisdom and connect to your higher self)

15.05-15.15                  Short Toilet Break & Stretch
A quick refresh. Step outside, drink water, or rest as needed.

15.15-16.15                  Sound Bath Ceremony & Individual Crystal Harp Healing with Sophie. Individual Reiki & Crystal Healing with Rachel (Reiki-infused Rainbow Moonstone crystal)
Lie back and journey through sound as Sophie bathes the room with harmonic frequencies from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and the crystal harp. During the session, each participant receives individual crystal harp healing with Sophie and individual Reiki & crystal healing with Rachel. A Reiki-infused Rainbow Moonstone crystal is placed on the body, supporting emotional clarity, intuition and inner peace. Expect deep rest and vibrational alignment.

16.15-16.35                  Reflection/Journaling with Tea/Cakes
A gentle integration period with time to write down your experiences and insights. Tea and sweet treats are served as you reflect on the day.

16.35-16.50                  Fire Ceremony Release
Release what no longer serves you into the fire. You are invited (but not required) to offer your written reflections or intentions into the flames in a symbolic act of letting go. We’ll close with a short mantra meditation: “May all beings everywhere be happy, peaceful, and free.”  This moment seals the healing of the day and sends blessings outward.

16.50-17.00                  Sharing & Grounding/Evaluation Forms/Farewells
A final circle to share thoughts (if you wish) and group grounding.  Complete feedback forms and say goodbye.

Who Is This Retreat For?
This retreat is open to everyone of all backgrounds and experience levels.  No experience is necessary.  All practices are guided, gentle and trauma-sensitive, held in a safe and supportive environment. You are welcome just as you are.
