These classes are suitable for all levels, beginners, and those with an established practice. Classes follow the tradition of Hatha Yoga, which includes breathwork (pranayama), postures (asana), guided meditation or visualisation and conclude with savasana (relaxation) and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.
Each week I will guide you through a sequence of postures, working with breath awareness to encourage a mindful approach to the physical practice of yoga.
I will offer modifications for all postures and actively encourage you to 'listen' to your body and apply a kind discipline to your practice.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring extra layers and/or a lightweight blanket for relaxation.
